Summer events at the Anza Valley Library offer family fun

Summertime at the Anza Valley Library is a season of education disguised as fun and games for school-age children. The Summer Reading Program is offered free of charge and accompanied by library staff.Starting Saturdays, June 22, June 29, July 13 and July 20, from 11 a.m. to noon, the library will present their Crafts and Book Talk lineup. The activity is designed for tweens and teens and promises plenty of brain stimulation for everyone.Stories and Crafts will be offered Thursdays, June 27, July 11 and July 18 from 10:30-11:45 a.m. and will cater to children ages three to 11 years old.Already underway, the library is hosting the Summer Series Interactive Movies every other Tuesday from 3-5 p.m.; July 2 features “The Wizard of Oz,” July 16 is “Beauty and the Beast” and Jul
