Parents to protest alleged injustices of Child Protective Services

A group of California parents will stage a mass demonstration at the State Capitol in Sacramento to protest perceived injustices on the part of Child Protective Services agencies against families across the United States.Bay Area Families United is partnering with more than 30 groups nationwide to stage the Oct. 4 rally, which organizers hope will shed light on the disenfranchisement of parents by what they view as a profit-driven system that’s incentivized to place children in foster care.
