Governor reappoints Wilkins to Commission on the Status of Women and Girls

TEMECULA – Alisha M. Wilkins, 44, of Temecula has been reappointed to the Commission on the Status of Women and Girls, where she has served since 2014, by Gov. Gavin Newsom.Wilkins has been owner of Hera Hub Temecula since 2019 and CEO of the Empire Consulting Group since 2014. She held multiple positions at Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest from 2001 to 2014, including community and government relations manager, interim director of public affairs and legislative coordinator.Wilkins earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in industrial and organizational psychology and a master’s degree in organizational psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology.The position requires Senate confirmation, and the compensation is $100 per diem.Wilkins is a De
