One person was killed in a collision between a white truck and a blue Ford pickup at 1:10 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 15, on the 29000 block of San Jacinto Avenue in Nuevo.A third vehicle in the middle of the street, described as a gray SUV, caught fire and a person was believed to be inside.The California Highway Patrol said one car was parked and another was moving at the time of the collision. It was unclear how the third vehicle was involved.The unidentified person was pronounced dead at the scene.
