WILDOMAR — A 71-year-old Wildomar man was arrested on Thursday, Sept. 26 for allegedly molesting 16-year-old male during a sexual assault which happened in December of 2018, Riverside County Sheriff's Department Lake Elsinore Station investigators said.
Investigators obtained the case back in June and during the investigation, a search warrant was issued for a home on the 35000 block of Momat Avenue in Wildomar. Following the search, Charles Kip Yotter, 71, was placed into custody.
Yotter was booked into Robert Presley Detention Center in the city of Riverside for the crimes of oral copulation with a minor, forced oral copulation of a minor, and forcible penetration with a foreign object.
