TORRANCE (CNS) - A San Fernando Valley man who allegedly attacked a man in a red hat bearing the slogan "Make America Great Again'' written in Russian while in the restroom of a Hermosa Beach bar pleaded not guilty to three felony charges.
David Delgado, 32, of Winnetka, is charged with one count each of assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury, battery with serious bodily injury and second-degree robbery, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.
The criminal complaint also alleges that Delgado personally inflicted great bodily injury.
