The fall season has arrived and will be celebrated with a “Nightmare Before Christmas” themed Fall Festival Sunday, Oct. 13, at Vail Headquarters.Organized by Pretty Paints’ Crystal McFarlin, the proceeds raised by the festival will be donated to Our Nicholas Foundation’s Autism and The Arts initiative.The initiative provides the opportunity for hundreds of local Temecula Valley children on the autism spectrum to attend free art classes throughout the year.Sunday’s event will feature an “autism community only” component from 3-4 p.m. to provide children with autism the opportunity to enjoy the festival in a quiet and calm setting.After 4 p.m., the free event will open to the public and feature a wide
