The Heavenly Horse Haven equine rescue will serve bowls of their award-winning chili, festive entertainment, farm tours and the presentation of adoptable horses at their annual Chili Cook-Off Saturday, Nov. 2.Musical chairs with a live band and potato sack races will top off the day’s fun.
