In the blink of an eye, the high school football season is quickly turning into a mad dash for the playoffs and with Halloween close, things are getting scary for those teams that are falling behind in the standings. The season is rolling into Week Eight, which means there is a lot of work that can still be done, but it has to be done quickly. With the completion of Week Seven games, it’s time to take a look at the local scores from last week’s CIF Southern Section high school football games that started Thursday, Oct. 10, as well as the upcoming games for those schools playing this week.
