For beer lovers, there is a holiday every year that means they don’t need a reason to spend all day long drinking out of a giant German stein.Oktoberfest is making the rounds in southwest Riverside County, and there are plenty of events to go around, just in case someone missed the one hosted by Stone Church Brewing Saturday, Oct. 12.The crowd that gathered at the Old Town Temecula location Saturday were ready to guzzle craft brews from authentic German steins, snack on hot pretzels and chant oy-oy-oy. They heard a Slovenia band, Die Oberkrainer Polka Madels, perform for all of Front Street to hear.If that sounds like the kind of fun you like to have, there’s more on the way this coming weekend.
