2 arrested at unlicensed care facility in Moreno Valley

MORENO VALLEY (CNS) - Two women were arrested Friday, suspected of operating an unlicensed care facility in Moreno Valley where seven seniors were found in need of medical attention.Deputies were called to the house in the 24000 block of Millsap Drive, near Ramsdell Drive, about 9:30 a.m. to conduct a welfare check based on reports from a concerned caller, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.Agency spokeswoman Deputy Robyn Flores told City News Service that when deputies and paramedics entered the property, they discovered the seven elderly residents and two apparent caretakers, both of whom were arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances.
