PERRIS (CNS) - A 60-year-old man was stabbed to death at his Mead Valley home during an altercation with a relative, authorities said Friday.Arthur Macias was attacked about 10:40 p.m. Thursday in the 21500 block of Perry Street, near Markham Street, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.Deputies were called to the location after Macias collapsed in the backyard, suffering from several stab wounds, said sheriff's Sgt. Ben Ramirez.He was taken to Riverside University Medical Center in Moreno Valley, where he died a short time later.The circumstances behind the dispute that led to the stabbing were not disclosed.The alleged assailant, who was not identified, was being questioned by Central Homicide Unit detectives, but it was unclear whether that person w
