TEMECULA – Col. Melissa Coburn, the first female commander of March Air Reserve Base in their 101-year history, honored Temecula Valley Hospital physicians, employees and volunteers for a Veterans Day recognition event Friday, Nov. 1. Attendees enjoyed a special presentation from the commander in the Hospital’s Heroes Community Room which is dedicated to local community veterans, first responders and military heroes. “Our Veterans Day recognition event was a tremendous success.  It was such an honor to have Col. Melissa Coburn, as our keynote speaker.  We are indebted to all of our veterans who have given service to this country,” Darlene Wetton, CEO of Temecula Valley Hospital, said.
