Hemet Police Chief Rob Webb announces end of year retirement
Hemet Police Chief Rob Webb, after serving in the city’s police force for 29 years, announced he will be retiring at the end of the calendar year.Chief Webb, appointed as the city’s police chief in 2017, has served 31 years as a police officer, first serving with the San Diego Harbor Police after graduating from the San Diego Sheriff’s Academy in 1991. He started with the Hemet Police Department working in patrol and moving into field training, the gang unit, investigations and finally to chief.
