Three local high school field hockey players participated in the Sunset League All-Star Game Saturday, Nov. 9, at Edison High School featuring the all-league players from both divisions of the league.Temecula Valley High School was represented by Skyler Richards and Brooke Foster, while Great Oak High School was represented by Abbey Savin, who was also named co-defensive player of the year for the league.Temecula Valley head coach Michael Alawneh and Great Oak head coach Katie Gerfen were in attendance for the game.Valley staff can be reached by email at valleystaff@reedermedia.com.
