WILDOMAR – Deck the hall with bows on collies! Animal Friends of the Valleys will host their first “Howliday Open House” Wednesday, Dec. 18, from 3-7 p.m. This free, fun-filled family event will feature a variety of child-friendly activities including cocoa with a kitty, caroling at the kennels, reading to rescues and a “Name a Shelter Pet” contest.
