IRVINE – Premier Design and Build Group has broken ground on a multi-family residential development in Lake Elsinore. The Cottages at Mission Trail is a new development by Civic Partners Inc., a firm specializing in public and private partnerships.The Cottages at Mission Trail will offer 143 two- and three-bedroom rental units housed within 78 separate buildings across 19.85 acres.“We’ve envisioned this new complex as a workforce housing development that presents like a single-family residential community,” according to Jeff Pomeroy, project executive at Civic Partners Inc.The community will feature amenities including a recreation center, a tot lot, a basketball court and an open area that can be configured for soccer.
