MENIFEE –The Menifee finance department has been awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in financial reporting for its comprehensive annual financial report for fiscal year 2018-2019. The award marks the second consecutive year that Menifee has received the designation.The Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada gives this award to government finance agencies that uphold the high standards of their program.
