TEMECULA – The Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce encourages the community to support local small businesses Saturday, Nov. 30. The TVCC recognizes small businesses as independently owned and operated stores, within the local community, who have up to 25 employees.Small Business Saturday was created by American Express in 2010 in the midst of the recession to encourage people across the country to support small, local businesses, by infusing money back into local economies.
