CHP needs help locating hit-and-run suspect

The California Highway Patrol is asking for the public's help in locating a red 1990-1992 Honda Accord driven by an unknown suspect in a collision that involved a pedestrian who later died.
LAKE ELSINORE — The California Highway Patrol is asking for the public's help in locating a suspected hit-and-run driver that killed a man in the Lakeland Village last Friday night.At approximately 9:15 p.m. Friday, Dec. 20, the California Highway Patrol said, a red 1990-1992 Honda Accord driven by an unknown suspect was traveling on northbound Grand Avenue north of Sangston Drive within the unincorporated area of Lakeland Village/Lake Elsinore and struck a pedestrian.After the crash, the suspect immediately fled the scene in the Honda Accord in a northbound direction on Grand Avenue.
