WINCHESTER (CNS) - One person was injured today in a four-vehicle crash on Highway 79 near the unincorporated area of Winchester.The crash was reported at about 3:20 p.m. near Construction Road, just east of Diamond Valley Lake. The wreckage blocked all lanes until about 4 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.One motorist was taken to a hospital with a minor complaint of pain, the CHP reported.6:30 p.m. Wednesday:Â This story was updated with the latest information.
