Charles Ervin Confer died Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2019. He was born Saturday, Feb. 2, 1946, in Beloit, Wisconsin, to his parents, Charles and Carolyn Confer. He attended college in Wisconsin and was part of the Phi Sigma Chi fraternity.Charles also participated in college football and wrestling. He married the love of his life, Micky Linda Confer. Together, Charles and Micky raised a beautiful family. Charles worked as a mailman in the city of Anza for over 30 years.Charles enjoyed handyman work around the house and watching sports.
