St. John’s University offers free workshop ‘You Can Be Free from Depression, Anxiety and Panic Attacks’

TEMECULA – Millions of people have learned how to harness their subconscious mind to be free from smoking, manage their weight and overcome fears and phobias. If depression, anxiety and panic attacks are robbing you of peace of mind, attend St. John’s University’s free workshop about overcoming depression, anxiety and panic attacks offered by Dr. Pamela Winkler from 2- 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, at the Grace Mellman Community Library in Temecula.
