The California Highway Patrol reported a solo-motorcycle crash on Saturday, Feb. 8 northbound on State Route 79 west of Dugan Drive that killed a 74-year-old Balboa man.The driver failed to negotiate a left-hand turn and crashed. Passing motorists stopped to assist and administer life-saving measures but were unsuccessful and he was pronounced deceased at the sceneThe CHP Temecula Area is handling this traffic collision investigation.
