PERRIS (CNS) - Five people, including three children, were displaced today by a kitchen fire at their residence in Perris.The fire in the 100 block of Evergreen Place was reported at 6:08 p.m., Cal Fire Riverside reported.The department sent five engines, one truck and 20 firefighters to the scene. The blaze was extinguished in about 14 minutes, according to Cal Fire Riverside.The blaze was contained to the kitchen. The American Red Cross was called to the scene to help the five people displaced by the fire.
