TEMECULA (CNS) - The initial phase of a $42 million pavement replacement project on Interstate 15 near Temecula is scheduled to get underway tomorrow, requiring the closure of entrance and exit ramps south of the city, according to Caltrans.The I-15 Pavement Rehabilitation Project will entail replacing the No. 3 and 4 lanes on both sides of the freeway between the San Diego County line and the Temecula River Bridge.On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, generally between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., Security Paving Inc., the contractor, will shut down the on- and off-ramps at the Rainbow Scales to begin preparations for the lane replacements. Workers will also be posting signs advising that the construction zone is now active, according to Caltrans."This is all part of the preliminary work
