Reward offered for information on Valentine’s Day shooting of Rubidoux man

RIVERSIDE (CNS) - A $10,000 reward was announced Sunday by Riverside police still working to find out who shot a Rubidoux man to death on Valentine's Day.Grant Leggette Sr., 57, suffered multiple gunshot wounds at 10:50 p.m. February 14 when he was fired upon while walking to his car after an event at the Marriott Hotel in the 3400 block of Market Street, police said. He died later at a hospital.The suspect fled, police said.Leggette was an elder member of the Life Church of God in Christ, police said. He was family-oriented and known as the local handyman within his neighborhood and church community."Grant was a wonderful husband, father, and a great son to his mother and family,'' said his wife, Betty.
