PERRIS (CNS) - One person was killed and three others were injured when they were thrown from a vehicle that overturned on Interstate 215 today.
The solo-vehicle crash occurred at 1:15 a.m. when the driver entered northbound Interstate 215 from State Route 74 at a high speed and lost control of the 2012 Infiniti G37 while making ``an unsafe turning movement,'' according to the California Highway Patrol.
The vehicle left the roadway and overturned on a dirt field, ejecting the driver and his three passengers, none of whom were wearing seat belts, the CHP said.
The driver, a 24-year-old Perris man, suffered major injuries and was taken to Inland Valley Medical Center in Wildomar where he later died.
