Step inside an immersive Spanish culture at Europa Village’s newest addition, Bolero. The replica of a village or street in Spain turned winery opened its doors Friday, June 12. Bolero will open up its 10 casitas to guests Friday, June 19.Upon entering, guests are greeted by Spanish architecture, jewelry imported from Spain and a large tasting room and restaurant that offers Spanish wines.The concept began with owner of founder Dan Stephenson, who spent time traveling around Europe in the 1970s.[caption id="attachment_28537" align="aligncenter" width="980"
