Armando Villa, city manager of Menifee, announced that due to the growing number of coronavirus cases in Riverside County and in Menifee, the City Hall will transition back to virtual City Hall services, but the police department will remain open to the public. With the announcement Friday, July 10, Villa and the city staff began a new marketing campaign to encourage residents, business owners, visitors and stakeholders to “Skip the Line and Go Online.” The new campaign explained the enhanced ways residents can save time and quickly access virtual City Hall services and the Zero Stop Shop permit center from the ease of their home or offices.
