AGUANGA (CNS) - A hiker was hospitalized Wednesday night with a snake bite suffered in the unincorporated Aguanga area east of Temecula.Firefighters responded to the area of Highway 371 and Happy Valley Road about 7:30 p.m. and carried the victim out of the area to a nearby ambulance, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.The victim was taken to a hospital with stable vital signs, the department said.The age, gender and name of the victim were not immediately available.The type of snake that bit the hiker was not disclosed.
