MURRIETA (CNS) - Murder and attempted murder charges were filed Friday, Aug. 21 against a young man who allegedly joined a convicted felon in gunning down a 20-year-old Menifee resident and wounding the victim's friend. Isaac Manuel Delarosa, 18, of Menifee was arrested Wednesday in connection with the slaying earlier this year of Antonio Quintero. Delarosa, who's also facing sentence-enhancing gun and great bodily injury allegations, is being held without bail at the Smith Correctional Facility in Banning and is slated to make his initial court appearance Monday at the Southwest Justice Center in Murrieta.
