AGUANGA (CNS) - One person was killed and three others were injured in a two-vehicle crash in Aguanga.It happened at about 1 p.m. at State Route 371 and Wilson Valley Road, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.One person died at the scene, while one person suffered serious injuries and two others suffered moderate injuries.Firefighters responding to the scene had to extricate some of the injured victims from the wreckage of the crash, fire officials said.The California Highway Patrol reported that the vehicles collided head- on, but no other details about how the crash occurred were immediately available.
