RIVERSIDE – After 42 years of service in public education, Dr. Judy D. White announced her retirement from her role as Riverside County’s 12th Superintendent of Schools effective Nov. 1.“When I was a young girl, teachers and educators helped me believe that I could accomplish great things and encouraged me to develop my voice.
