TEMECULA – This year, the city of Temecula collaborated with the city of Murrieta to host the 2020 Halloween Home Decorating Contest, and 56 Spooktacular participants from both cities entered the contest.The cities thanked everyone that participated and showed off their creative Halloween decorating talent. Both cities selected a winner for each of the four judging categories, and the results are in.The winner for Most Humorous in Temecula’s 2020 Halloween Home Decorating Contest is 43824 Calabro St.
