Rancho Water announces swearing in of new directors

TEMECULA — Four Rancho California Water District (Rancho Water) board members were sworn in on Friday, Dec. 4, as a result of the November election collectively bringing over 80 years of water industry experience that will help guide the board going forward.Incumbent Bill J. Wilson, who was initially elected in 2015, was re-elected to another four-year term. Incumbent John V. Rossi, who was appointed in 2019, was elected to complete the remaining two years of the term left open by the passing of former Director Ben Drake.
