Elecnor Belco Electric Inc. was awarded the Riverside County contract to construct a traffic signal at the intersection of Briggs Road and Evening Glow Drive in French Valley.The county Board of Supervisors voted 5-0, Dec. 8, to award the contract to Belco for the Chino company’s bid of $356,105. The supervisors’ action also approved an addenda to the bid documents.Briggs Road is a north-south street, and Evening Glow Drive is an east-west road. At the intersection Briggs Road is five lanes, including a turn lane, and Evening Glow Drive is two lanes. Both streets have curbs, gutters and sidewalks at the intersection.
