WILDOMAR – Mona Davies, co-founder of Community Outreach Ministry, was appointed to the Riverside County Juvenile Justice Coordinating Council, Nov. 16.Kevin Jeffries, county supervisor of District 1, appointed Davies to serve as a District 1 representative. In this role, she will serve along with other community based organizations from across the county and with representatives from the following entities: the district attorney’s office, the public defender’s office, the sheriff’s department, the board of supervisors, the department of public social services, the department of behavioral health, police departments and the county office of education, school districts, juvenile court and an at-large community representative and other organizations that provide services to minor
