HEMET (CNS) - A house fire in an unincorporated area of Riverside County near Hemet burned for more than an hour Saturday, Jan. 9 before being extinguished by firefighters.
Crews responded at 12:15 a.m. to the 25600 block of Fourth Street and found a home fully-involved with fire and power lines down, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
About 1:35 a.m., the department called a knockdown of the fire.
Southern California Edison was brought in to address the downed power lines.
Hemet and Soboba fire departments assisted in extinguishing the flames.
No injuries were reported.
