MORENO VALLEY (CNS) - Four people, including three children, were hurt
this morning in a head-on collision near Moreno Valley.The crash was reported about 7 a.m. on Gilman Springs Road, east of
Alessandro Boulevard, just outside Moreno Valley city limits, according to the
California Highway Patrol.Officer Matt Napier said a sedan crossed over the double yellow lines,
clipped a box truck, and then collided with another sedan head-on.At least one person became trapped and had to be freed from the wreckage.The Riverside County Fire Department reported an adult suffered
injuries described as serious, while three other patients -- described only as
``pediatric'' patients -- suffered injuries of an unknown severity.The roadway was clear as of 9 a.m.The cause of the
