The Rancho California Water District board of directors kicked off their regular meeting with a presentation on behalf of state Sen. Melissa Melendez by staff member Glenn Miller Thursday, Jan. 14.Miller talked about a memorial resolution that Melendez presented at the state level for Danny J.
