On the storming of the Capitol and election fraud lawsuits

The storming of the Capitol was a tragedy that was condemned by Republicans and Democrats. They’ve arrested people from both former President Donald Trump’s camp and the anti-Trump camp, and people are still waiting to see exactly what happened and who incited it. Obviously, it wasn’t incited by Trump because they stormed the Capitol before he even began to speak and all cellphone signals were jammed, so they couldn’t even have heard it remotely. There are a lot of questions left, however. Why was the Capitol police captain’s request for more assets denied? Why were some Capitol police seen removing barriers and waving the rioters in?
