The California Transportation Commission allocated more than $571 million recently to address transportation needs throughout the state. One of those is the El Toro Road-Dexter Avenue Safe Routes to School Sidewalk Project for $410,000 awarded to the Riverside County Transportation Commission.The awarded project is located in the unincorporated area of Warm Springs and in Lake Elsinore northeast of Interstate 15 at Central Avenue.
