Riverside County dog owners have another two weeks to purchase a license for their pet before late fees kick in, authorities said Monday, Feb. 1.The Department of Animal Services is offering dog owners an amnesty program through Feb. 15 to incentive them to get their canines licensed, which is a state requirement.
