LAKE ELSINORE (CNS) - Both sides of Interstate 15 just north of Lake Elsinore will be periodically shut down Sunday morning to facilitate work on utility lines crossing the freeway, according to Caltrans.Southern California Edison crews are slated to make a series of line adjustments across the freeway between 5 a.m. and 10 a.m. Sunday, and traffic in both south- and northbound lanes will be stopped at intervals, meaning travel delays.The work will be concentrated between Lake Street to the south and Horsethief Canyon Road to the north, according to Caltrans.California Highway Patrol officers will be running traffic breaks for the SCE crews.Officials advised motorists to use Interstate 215 as an alternate route during the work if they want to avoid delays.More informati
