The question is, how do we deal with it? Here are six steps on how to resolve conflict in your relationships. Decide to be kind. You would think it would be conflict resolution 101, but it’s not. It’s almost so fundamental that people forget it. Here’s the truth. It’s hard, if not impossible, to be in continual conflict when you choose to be kind. Kindness is a conflict killer.
