Developers given DIF fee increase delay until July 1 by Menifee City Council

The Menifee City Council unanimously gave city developers a nearly four-month reprieve in increased development impact fees in the March 17 regular meeting.The new DIF increase of 1.29% was approved in 2020, but it will not go into effect until July 1.
