MOUNTAIN CENTER - At least one person was airlifted to an area hospital today after suffering injuries in a crash on Highway 74 near Mountain Center.
The single-vehicle crash was reported about 3 p.m. near the 74/243 interchange, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A helicopter crew transported at least one person to Riverside County Regional Medical Center in Moreno Valley for treatment of injuries described as minor.
No lane closures were reported.
