The Rancho California Water District awarded Hazen and Sawyer a professional services contract for the Meadowview Pipeline protection study.A 6-0 RCWD board vote, April 8, with John Hoagland recusing himself due to a potential conflict of interest, awarded Hazen and Sawyer a $93,005 contract.
