Mt. San Jacinto College (MSJC) is excited to announce that, beginning this fall, it is expanding its MSJC Promise Program to provide free tuition to more first-time, full-time students.The MSJC Promise launched in fall 2019 to make a high-quality education at MSJC financially accessible to more students throughout the region.Based on feedback the college has received from its educational partners, MSJC has expanded eligibility requirements.
